Terms of Service

Our full Terms of Service are currently being finalized with legal counsel. This page is a placeholder until the final text is published.

In the meantime, the short version of how we operate:

• Hustler.domains generates domain name suggestions and checks their availability against registry zone data and RDAP lookups. Availability can change at any moment — a name shown as available is not reserved for you until you register it with a registrar.
• We are not a registrar and do not sell domains. Purchases happen with third-party registrars under their own terms.
• Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe. If something goes wrong with a charge, contact us and we will sort it out.
• Do not use the service to abuse, scrape, or overload our systems.
